I had the pleasure of hosting the Trivia Factory’s $1.000 Tournament of Champions at the Irish Bred in Douglasville today. We had 24 really, really smart teams playing and in the end, the Oxymorons won the tournament of the umpteenth time in the past five years.  We’ll be posting the questions we asked on our Trivia Factory website and will probably use them as the theme for our Trivia Guys podcast when we record it later this week.

You’ll need to click on the link to show “more” under the “After Dark” category and scroll down toward the bottom till you get to the “Trivia Night” entry. In order for your vote to count, you need to fill in something in at least 10 different categories, which shouldn’t be too hard.

I’d appreciate your vote for “Wings & Things in Fayetteville on Monday Night.”

The Factory held it’s quarterly Tournament of Champions yesterday, and although I didn’t get there till late, I was still able to stop by and catch the last few questions.

Our two teams representing Monday Nights at Wings & Things did well. The “Snamish” and the “Pagan Babies” both finished in the top third. But in the end “Drunks at the Bar” (pictured above) took first place and the $1,000 prize. The points leaders for the quarter, “RC and a Moon Pie” toodk second, and “Oh Well” won third.

The final bonus was a good one. “List the ten most watched TV series finales.”

Here’s the list that the official final answer was based on.
